About HannasHealth

I combine 28 years of clinical and teaching experience with an evidence-informed, whole-person, person-centred approach to support women through every life stage.

I founded HannasHealth to create a dedicated space for women seeking trusted, specialist guidance. I am an osteopath and physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Headache Disorders, a Master’s degree in Positive Psychology, and I am currently in my second year of a Master of Science in Women’s Health.

I work with women from adolescence to postmenopause – including pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and everything in between – as well as with all forms of headache disorders. Additionally, I offer guidance on how to reduce stress, strengthen resilience, and enhance well-being, drawing on decades of evidence from the field of positive psychology.

My approach is grounded in evidence, but shaped by both personal and clinical experience. I have navigated my health challenges, including giving birth to my first child in breech position and my second weighing 4.5 kg, which in hindsight made the breech delivery almost a relief.

I have also undergone knee and hip surgery, have infrequent migraine aura symptoms without the headache, and have been through menopause as well as early-stage breast cancer treatment, including surgery and radiotherapy. These experiences give me a deep, personal understanding of the physical, emotional, and lifestyle challenges my clients may face – challenges many women will recognise in their own lives
